6. Delivery

7. Device Compatibility
The Customer is responsible for verifying that their device is eSIM-compatible and not network-locked (SIM-locked).
ESIMIA shall not be held liable for issues arising from incompatible devices or installation errors caused by the user.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Services provided by ESIMIA are considered digital products. Therefore, refunds are generally not provided.
However, refund requests may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Failure to activate the eSIM due to a technical issue
- System-related issues caused by ESIMIA
Refund conditions:
- The request must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the purchase date.
- The Customer must cooperate with the support team during the technical review process.
- If the eSIM installation is completed or data usage has started, the service is deemed used and no refund will be issued.
- All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and assessed in good faith.
